Race of the Month

We will be picking 12 races across 2024 that we are going to promote that little bit more in the hope that we can get as many members entered as possible and make it a proper Maroon Monsoon takeover, we hope by doing this it may encourage people who are unsure or nervous about entering races will be more willing knowing that loads of fellow members will be there to support, plus give you a chance to race each other.

As with Parkrun events please ensure you have Morley Running Club listed as your representative club so that we can easily find who has joined us.

14th January - Temple Newsam 10 (33 MRC Finishers Results)
4th February - Dewsbury 10k (75 MRC Finishers - Results) 
24th March -  Wakefield 10k (36 MRC Finishers - Results​) 
14th April - Grim – I’ll Sithee at the Slawit Sweetathon Slog (6 MRC Finishers - Results)
12th May - Leeds Half/Full Marathon (Enter Here - Run For All)

TBC June - Run for Jo, Pudsey 10k, Lindley 10k (TBC)

14th July - Ilkley Half Marathon (Enter Here - Ilkley Half​)

18th August - Leeds Running Festival (Enter Here - Leeds Run Fest​)

TBC September - Kirkstall Abbey 7

27th October - Leeds Abbey Dash

3rd or 10th November - Grim - Old Mother Shipton or Swinsty and Fewston Trail Race (TBC)

TBC December - Bah Humbug 10k
